Our agreement

These terms govern the Remote Residual Travel portal, member sharing pages, training, tools and guided programs provided by Purga Global, Inc. (“Remote Residual,” “we,” “us”). “You” means the person using the service. You accept these terms when you agree at registration or through an updated-terms prompt.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Our Income disclosure explains earnings limitations and the separate MWR Life business. Acknowledging these documents is not blanket consent to optional marketing.

MWR Life, travel suppliers and other external services have separate agreements. These terms govern Remote Residual’s service and do not alter those agreements or override mandatory consumer rights.

Eligibility, accounts and access

You must be at least 18, able to enter this agreement, and provide accurate account and membership details. Member access requires eligible enrollment through the applicable referring page, individual membership approval and completion of required setup. Eligibility remains subject to the offer and membership requirements communicated to you.

Creating an account, entering a member ID, uploading evidence or selecting “I’ve enrolled” does not itself verify membership, confirm a purchase or guarantee approval. We may request relevant evidence and correct or restrict access when eligibility information is inaccurate or no longer current. Contact us to question a review decision.

Use your own account, keep credentials confidential, maintain a reachable email address and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Do not share staff accounts. You are responsible for activity you authorize and the accuracy of the name, contact details and referral links you publish.

The service and guided programs

The portal provides onboarding, a sharing page, a conversation tracker, scripts, training, Build Session information and Go Gold programs. Features, schedules and content may change as the service develops. We do not guarantee that a particular session, feature or third-party resource will remain available indefinitely.

Go Gold Live follows its published cohort schedule; eligible accounts may be included according to the stated enrollment rules. A personal Go Gold journey begins when you choose Begin and can be paused. Daily program emails depend on enrollment and preferences. A reservation does not guarantee an event will proceed if its organizer changes or cancels it.

Program names, activity targets and phrases such as “30 days to Gold” describe guidance and goals. They do not promise customers, rank, earnings or a result within a particular time. MWR Life determines official ranks and commissions under its current rules. Contact stages, progress bars, tracked activity and portal approval are not an official company qualification record.

Any challenge prize or incentive requires separately published dates, eligibility, verification and reward terms. A leaderboard or milestone alone does not promise a prize. Review the actual program terms before relying on an incentive.

External memberships, charges and referrals

Travel Advantage membership and Lifestyle Ambassador enrollment are supplied by MWR Life. The Ambassador business is optional and operates under its network-marketing compensation plan. Remote Residual provides support; it does not employ Ambassadors, process the provider’s membership payments or promise commissions.

The initial amount includes $120 activation, the first $119.97 membership month, the $249.97 one-time Turbo upgrade and $99 Ambassador enrollment. Review the provider’s final total, taxes and country-specific terms before paying.

Featured package checked September 10, 2026. Other membership options and local offers may differ.

The featured system is included after eligible enrollment, approval and setup. These terms do not create a separate paid Remote Residual subscription. A future paid offer must present its price, recurring charges and material terms before you agree. Do not assume an external provider fee is a payment to Remote Residual.

The referring Ambassador may receive compensation from qualifying purchases and renewals through their link and other qualifying activity under MWR Life’s plan. Your purchase may be attributed to that member. Review the income disclosure and provider agreements before participating.

Cancellation and refunds

MWR Life handles membership and Ambassador billing, cancellation and refunds. Contact support@mwrlife.com, identify the membership and Ambassador renewals you want stopped, and retain confirmation. Stopping one service should not be assumed to stop every other charge.

The provider’s published membership terms describe a refund for cancellation within 14 days of activation and a refund of the latest recurring payment when cancellation occurs within three days of that payment. The published Ambassador agreement describes a 14-calendar-day enrollment-fee cancellation period. Review the current terms applicable to your country and purchase, including any restrictions after using the service. Cancellation and refund eligibility are separate questions.

Provider documents checked September 10, 2026. This summary does not amend those agreements or limit any mandatory cancellation right.

Closing or suspending a Remote Residual account, pausing a program, unsubscribing from email or stopping use of the portal does not cancel an external membership or its recurring charges. A portal status does not prove that a refund or cancellation was processed.

Responsible marketing

Use accurate, current information when recommending the membership or business. Explain the company, optional Ambassador role and financial relationship clearly. Do not present yourself as an employee or representative authorized to bind Remote Residual or MWR Life.

• Do not promise income, customers, rank, effortless payments or a lifestyle outcome without an approved, substantiated basis.
• Do not invent testimonials, reviews, savings comparisons, personal experiences or verification evidence.
• Disclose commissions and other material relationships with the recommendation or referral link in a format the audience can notice and understand.
• Explain relevant charges and material restrictions; do not hide them behind an inconsistent headline or unsupported claim.
• Use scripts truthfully and personalize only accurate details. A template does not excuse a misleading message.

We may review shared material, request corrections and restrict use of our tools or branding when material is misleading or violates these terms. Members remain responsible for communications they send independently.

Contacts and communications

Enter or import only information you are entitled to use for the stated purpose. Respect requests to stop contact, correct records or delete information. Do not assemble unauthorized mailing lists, send spam or upload sensitive identity, payment, medical or children’s information.

Enrollment enquiry details are shared with the referring member for enrollment follow-up. Adding or importing a contact does not subscribe them to the optional seven-email follow-up sequence. Use the actual opt-in and confirmation process; do not create consent on someone else’s behalf or bypass unsubscribe preferences.

Activity signals, email acceptance records and a contact marked Joined can be incomplete or inaccurate. A forwarded link may be used by another person. Do not treat a page view as permission for unrelated marketing or proof of a purchase, identity or income.

Your content and our materials

You retain rights you have in submitted information and content. You give us a limited permission to store, process, adapt for display and display it as needed to operate the service. This includes showing the name and links you choose to publish and permitted verified progress. The Privacy Policy and lawful retention needs limit this permission.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for submitted content and information. Do not upload someone else’s confidential material without authorization. Report a rights concern through the contact method below, identifying the material and the basis of your concern.

We and our licensors retain rights in the portal, branding, templates and training. We grant you a limited, nonexclusive permission to use materials for legitimate participation, including sharing materials expressly intended for prospects and personalizing permitted scripts truthfully. Do not resell the portal, claim ownership of our brand, remove required attribution or distribute private training without permission. On termination, stop using restricted access and materials for which permission has ended.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate others, submit false evidence, manipulate rankings or activity, share credentials, upload malicious code, interfere with availability, scrape private accounts, bypass access controls or try to obtain another member’s private data. Use the service lawfully and respectfully.

Report security concerns privately through the contact method below. Do not access or disclose other users’ information to demonstrate an issue. We may take proportionate steps to protect the service and affected people.

Suspension and account closure

Request account closure through the contact form. We verify the request before changing or deleting information. The Privacy Policy explains retention exceptions and the effect on account and contact records.

We may restrict or suspend access for failed verification, lost eligibility, security concerns, misuse or a material violation of these terms. Where appropriate, we explain the reason and provide an opportunity to correct a mistake or ask for review. Immediate action may be needed to protect the service, comply with law or prevent harm.

Closure can remove access to private training, pages and program history. Provisions concerning existing rights, lawful retention, misuse and disputes remain relevant as needed after closure. Separate provider agreements and charges are unaffected unless you cancel them with that provider.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a useful service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free tracking or availability of external services. To the extent permitted by law, the portal is provided as available without a warranty of a particular business outcome.

External checkout, travel bookings, video services, social communities and meetings are controlled by their providers. Read their applicable rules and agreements. A link or embed does not mean Remote Residual controls their performance or guarantees their statements.

You make your own decisions about participation, spending and communications. Training is general business education, not individualized legal, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice. Nothing here excludes nonwaivable consumer rights, liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and resolving concerns

We may revise these terms and post the new date and version. We give notice of material changes through the portal or account email as appropriate and request renewed agreement when required. Earlier acceptance remains a record of the version accepted at that time.

Contact us with a concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from exercising a legal right or contacting a regulator. These terms do not require binding arbitration, waive class-action rights or displace mandatory protections where you live. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
